Our Head of FP&A will have high visibility across all departments within the company.  You will be responsible for developing and managing a high performing team that will be instrumental in understanding our financial results and driving insights for key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in understanding trends, variances and helping to drive any changes necessary to meet our financial goals. This role will help key decision-makers understand the business analytics and long-term planning support to all business lines.  This will ensure insightful financial data providing guidance for the business, includes acquisitions to reach our financial goals.  This is an on-site role in our corporate office.

  • Work with key stake holders on developing financial & strategic goals of the company and translate them into tactical & executable plans, and provide leadership to ensure goals are attained
  • Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, and strategic plan
  • Translation of KPI results into articulate, actionable items for the business
  • Provide relevant and timely financial analysis concerning performance for monthly, quarterly, and year to date financial performance with business leads, including key metrics, revenue, and EBITDA analysis
  • Provide timely financial advice to support decision-making around acquisitions, as well as providing support during due diligence, transaction completion, and transition
  • Developing financial, operational, and strategic models and presentations
  • Business partner with country and departmental heads to ensure financial literacy of figures to make better decisions
  • Work towards annual goals and objectives for the team, implement workflows for effective and efficient completion of tasks. Implement process and procedural improvements to streamline work, increase productivity, and maintain service and quality excellence
  • Partner with IT to enhance budgeting tools to make process more efficient
  • Complete various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related major required
  • Must have at least 4 years financial planning experience
  • Certified financial analysts (CFA) or certified public accountant (CPA) are preferred
  • Experience with FP&A system tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, and balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to manipulate and sort large volume of data in excel
  • Demonstrated advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a methodical and organized approach
